Two blocks are connected to eachother, will be sold together, the total area is 1616.7 m2. Abergovrie is at the doorstep of the beautiful Girringun National Park and is a pleasant drive away to pristine beaches surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef. It's about 150km north of Townsville, in the lovely valley of the Herbert River. It belongs to the Shire of Hinchinbrook. This region, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful parts of the world, a true piece of well-kept paradise! It is relatively easily accessible from the coast and from the national park. It is mainly residential and will have no industrial development plan near it in the shire's master plan. Furthermore, the significance of no flood and no bush-fire risk, will be increasingly recognised. I believe these blocks of residential land are massively under-valued, however, people start to recognise this, and it won't remain so. You are more than welcome to visit the site at any time suit you. Unfortunately, I don't live locally. Please email to discuss further details.
